Terms of Service

MuzicSpace is a tool for DJs to browse music, follow artists and labels, organise a library, build smart playlists, and move playlists between platforms. It is not a music streaming service and does not sell or host music.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the activity on your account. Accounts are for one person. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

MuzicSpace has a Free plan, DJ Essentials at $5 per month, and Pro at $12 per month. Yearly billing is discounted. Paid plans may include a one-month trial.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Paid plans renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges while leaving access until the end of the paid period. Promotional codes may grant free access for a limited time and are not a paid subscription.

Do not use MuzicSpace to break the law, copy or distribute music you do not have rights to, resell access, or make automated requests at a scale that affects the service or the music sites it links to.

When you connect another service you must also follow that service's own terms, including TIDAL, YouTube and YouTube Music, Spotify and the stores we link to. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Music, artwork, previews and track information belong to their rights holders and are shown through each service's own player or link. The MuzicSpace name, design and software remain ours. Library data you upload stays yours.

MuzicSpace is provided as is. Features that depend on outside services can change or stop working if those services change. We do our best to keep everything running but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every track will be matched correctly.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for MuzicSpace in the previous twelve months.

We may update these terms and will show a notice in the app for meaningful changes. Questions can be sent to the contact address listed on muzicspace.com.
