Privacy Policy

MuzicSpace (muzicspace.com) is a web app for DJs and music lovers. It helps you organise your music library, discover new releases, and move playlists between music services. This policy covers the website muzicspace.com and all its pages. Contact: support@muzicspace.com.

Account details: your email address and sign-in details when you create an account, and an optional username and profile picture.

Your MuzicSpace activity: followed artists and labels, wishlist items, saved mixes, smart playlists, favourite tools, friends, and plan and billing status.

Music library data you choose to bring in, such as a Rekordbox library file, a pasted playlist link, or tracks from a connected service.

Access tokens for services you connect (for example TIDAL or YouTube). These are stored encrypted and are only used to act on your behalf inside MuzicSpace.

Basic technical data, such as error reports and page requests, used to keep the app working and secure.

To show your library and recommendations, run searches and previews, build smart playlists, transfer playlists between platforms at your request, and keep your plan and settings in place across devices.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

MuzicSpace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data we access. If you choose to connect YouTube on the Platform Sync page, MuzicSpace requests these Google permissions:

• openid and userinfo.email: your Google account ID and email address, used only to identify which Google account is connected.
• youtube ("Manage your YouTube account"): used only to read the list of your YouTube playlists (titles and IDs), create new private playlists, and add the tracks you choose to those playlists.

How we use it. Google user data is used only to provide the playlist transfer feature you asked for: showing your playlists so you can pick a destination, and adding tracks to it. We do not use it for any other purpose.

What we store. Your Google access and refresh tokens (encrypted), your YouTube channel name, and the permissions granted. We do not store your playlists, videos, watch history, subscriptions or any other YouTube data. We never post, comment, like, subscribe, upload or delete anything on your behalf.

Sharing. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI or machine-learning models, and never transferred to anyone else, except where needed to provide the feature you requested, for security, or as required by law. Humans at MuzicSpace do not read it unless you ask us for support and give permission, or the law requires it.

Protection. Tokens are encrypted at rest, sent only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and accessible only by our servers.

Retention and deletion. Tokens are kept only while YouTube is connected. Tap Disconnect on the Platform Sync page and they are deleted straight away. You can also remove MuzicSpace's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email support@muzicspace.com to have all your data deleted.

MuzicSpace uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

MuzicSpace also talks to TIDAL, Spotify public playlist links, Beatport, Bandcamp, Discogs, SoundCloud, Mixcloud and similar catalogues to show music information and previews, and Stripe for payments. Card details are handled by Stripe; MuzicSpace never sees or stores your card number.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and remember settings such as your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can disconnect any connected service at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. To delete your account and all its data, email support@muzicspace.com from your account email address. We delete your profile, library data and connections within 30 days.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Email support@muzicspace.com and we will reply within 30 days.

MuzicSpace is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
